Cuba Cycle Challenge: 9 Days - Seeing the cultural highlights of Cuba, including Havana and Che Guevara’s memorial, cycle 360km through one of the most fascinating countries in the world.

Cuba is the Caribbean’s largest island, only 90 miles from Florida and yet it couldn’t be culturally further from the USA.

On arrival into Havana, we head to one of Cuba’s most famous regions, the Bay of Pigs. At the end of the ride we have time to recover from this epic challenge on one of the Caribbean’s finest beaches and then have a day to explore the extraordinary beauty of Cuba’s crumbling capital, Havana.

On this biking 360km challenge, you cycle an average of 70km for 5 days deep in the Cuban countryside over very varied terrain. Most of the roads we travel on will be single-track tarmac roads. We pass through small rural communities and towns, making this challenge is an incredible journey through this stunning island.

I was stuck with Dom for 2 weeks as we climbed to Everest Base camp, apart from his bad clothes that look like he is out of the 1970s the trip was awsome. Doms personal relaxed style along with his wealth of mountain experience made for an unforgetable trip.
